She was so welcoming on my arrival, made me feel really calm and relaxed and tattooed two perfect little hearts on me, that I'll treasure forever. She explained everything to me prior, from positioning of the tattoo, to answering all my questions, provided aftercare instructions and tips and really made me feel so at ease.
